The Website is operated by SKD International Event Management LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Trade Licence No. 820353 ("SKD", "we", "us" or "our").
 

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the Website.

The Website provides information about SKD, our capabilities, services, productions, projects and related activities.
 

Content on the Website is provided for general information and promotional purposes only.
 

Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, binding quotation, commitment or contract to provide services.
 

Any enquiry, discussion, proposal or request submitted through the Website is subject to further discussion and, where applicable, a separate written agreement between SKD and the relevant client or contracting party.

Access to the Website does not transfer or grant any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.


Except where expressly permitted by law, Website content may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, republished, transmitted, distributed, displayed, sold, commercially exploited or used to create derivative work without SKD's prior written permission.
 

In particular, publication of a drone show, formation, design, creative concept, storyboard or production on the Website does not grant permission to reproduce, recreate, adapt or commercially use that work.
 

4. SKD Projects and Portfolio Content
 

The Website may showcase projects produced by SKD alone or in collaboration with clients, agencies, production partners, suppliers or other third parties.
 

Project imagery and footage may therefore include client names, event names, trademarks, logos, venues and other material belonging to third parties.
 

All third-party names, trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
 

Their appearance on the Website does not imply that SKD owns those rights or that any third party has granted Website visitors permission to reproduce or use them.
 

Likewise, inclusion of a project on the Website should not be interpreted as granting any licence to reproduce the creative or technical elements of the production.
