Who is SKD?
SKD was never built to follow trends. It was built by recognising an opportunity early and having the ambition to pursue it. At a time when drone shows were still largely unknown across the region, SKD recognised their potential to become a powerful new medium for entertainment, storytelling, and live experiences. That vision would eventually lead to the first local drone show provider in both the UAE and Turkey and help establish a new industry in both markets.
From the beginning, however, the company was built differently.
Drawing on experience in the luxury industry, technology, aviation, and event delivery, SKD was never positioned as simply a drone operator. It was built as a premium service company designed to make ambitious ideas possible and deliver exceptional experiences from concept to execution. While the scale of our productions has evolved dramatically over the years, our philosophy remains unchanged: think bigger, adapt to every challenge, stay personally invested, and deliver for our clients as if every project were our own.

The Project That Put SKD on the Map
SKD's journey began with one of the most ambitious drone productions of its time. In 2019, the company delivered the first UAE drone show for Dubai Police Academy in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The production achieved SKD's first Guinness World Record and immediately established the company as a new force within the industry. The project generated significant attention and became the foundation of a reputation built through delivery, trust, and word of mouth. What followed was not a marketing campaign, but years of growth driven by successful projects, returning clients, and recommendations.
